Arrival, departure & feeling at home
Standard check-in is from 15:00; check-out is by 11:00, Curaçao time. Tell us your expected arrival time. Early arrival or a later departure may be possible on request, subject to availability and an additional charge.
All guests must be 12 or over, for safety reasons. Guests under 18 need a responsible accompanying adult. Please contact us before booking about mobility, accessibility, allergies or other requirements: the buildings and rooms differ.
No smoking indoors. Please keep noise down between 22:00 and 07:00, respect our neighbours and leave shared kitchens and spaces tidy. Parties and commercial use require prior written permission.

At Villa Amalie, rooms include air conditioning, a fridge, a smart TV, a safe, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Beach and pool towels are available. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea from the barista station, day or night.
A complimentary bottle of water per person is provided, with a refill dispenser on the patio. Wine, beer and soft drinks are available to purchase. Room and apartment pages explain the sleeping arrangements, bathrooms and cooking facilities for each stay.
Villa Amalie has controlled property access, a fire alarm system and camera surveillance. Most Villa Amalie rooms have both 110V and 220V outlets; ask us about the socket and equipment needs for your room.
For applicable stays, light cleaning and linen and towel changes are normally provided after three nights. Extra housekeeping and laundry can be requested; charges may apply.

Breakfast by Villa Amalie is complimentary in our direct rates unless expressly stated otherwise. Garden Cottage and Waaigat Lagoon guests join us at Villa Amalie, approximately a one-minute walk away.
Complimentary parking for direct guests is subject to availability and advance reservation. Request it before arrival and wait for our confirmation. We will send the directions for your accommodation.
All guests have access to an off-site pool, around eight to ten minutes away on foot. There is no pool inside Villa Amalie. Swimming beaches are an outing; the Waaigat lagoon is not a swimming beach.

Your selected rate determines the cancellation and payment conditions. Standard, flexible and non-refundable offers have different terms. Direct-booking Reserved Stay Flexibility is a separate benefit for qualifying involuntary travel disruption; it is not a cash-refund or free-change policy.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, reservations must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before arrival. Talk to us about interest-free instalments, payment in your own currency and alternative payment methods for your reservation.
