When you browse
Website requests may create technical logs, including the requested page, IP address, browser information and request time, used to operate and protect the website.
The quiz and date search
The quiz does not request your name or email. Its answers stay in the open browser tab. Date drafts and photo-review preferences use session storage in that tab. Availability searches send the selected dates and party size to our availability service to retrieve accommodation estimates.
When you contact us
We use the details you provide to answer enquiries and help arrange accommodation or services. Please send only the information needed for your request. Email, WhatsApp, the existing booking services and Guest Services have their own systems and may process the information you send through them.
Reservations and payments
This website preview cannot create a reservation or take payment. Do not submit payment-card information by email or through the quiz. The privacy information will be updated to describe the booking and payment services when they are connected.
Your questions and requests
Contact us to ask what personal information we hold, to correct it, or to request its deletion. Information needed for an existing reservation, accounting or other applicable obligations may need to be retained. We will explain the position for your request.
